Dexxon Lozenges 10's are orange-flavoured lozenges used to relieve minor mouth and throat infections by slowly dissolving in the mouth. Each lozenge contains Dequalinium Chloride 0.25mg, an antiseptic that fights bacteria, yeasts, and fungi in the mouth and throat.
